It is no understatement to say that CFB would not be the organization it is today without the resounding support from the Western Colorado Community Foundation. Not only do they provide funding to support CFB operations, but they are also hunger relief champions in the valley, helping to facilitate the Mesa County Hunger Alliance.

Many sincere thanks and gratitude to the full WCCF team and amazing donors who do so much good in our community!!

The Community Food Bank is a proud partner agency of Food Bank of the Rockies. The Colorado Feed America site serving the Western Slope. We purchase the majority of our pantry goods from Food Bank of the Rockies and partner on grocery rescue efforts as well. In the last fiscal year, we spent nearly $200,000 with Food Bank of the Rockies to keep our food access services full of a variety of nutritious foods!

Thank you United Way of Mesa County Team!!

Rocky Mountain Health Foundation has been a wonderful supporter as the Community Food Bank continues to grow and expand our services to address food access and health equity in Mesa County. They are providing very helpful multi-year general operating support for our programs!!

Thank you Rocky Mountain Health Foundation!!

The Grand Junction Lions Club has been a long time supporter of the Community Food Bank. They have supported the purchase of our grocery rescue trucks a couple of years ago, and most recently they have committed $10,000 toward our recent capital campaign for the purchase, renovation and equipment needs at our new facility at 476 28 1/2 Rd.

Thank You GJ Lions!!

The City of Grand Junction #GJStrong grant funding has been an immense support to the Community Food Bank throughout the COVID19 emergency response and recovery period in 2020 and 2021. These funds allowed us to quickly pivot our program models, launch a home delivery service and maintain our staffing needs. Their annual community grant program has also been very helpful in support of some infrastructure and facilities projects!

Thank You to the GJ City Council and Grand Junction residents!!
